All contacts and locations dealing with translations receive individual logins and rights. They can place orders directly and view deadlines and costs at all times.
Requests for quotes & orders
You can use your personal client login at any time to send quote requests, check the resulting quotes and place your orders. The system also allows you to manage your budgets, organize deadlines and generally keep an eye on all your translation projects.
User groups and rights
Include multiple departments and various colleagues in your translation projects – each will have their own profile and customizable rights. That will allow content teams, PR and purchasing departments to work together if you so choose.
Automation and speed
There are many ways in which projects can be transmitted to the translation portal: REST API, plugins for a variety of systems (translationMANAGER), FTP package workflow (easyCONNECTOR, COTI) or simply as an upload to the translation portal via your personal login. Data transfer is therefore standardized and straightforward.
